REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds of any kind.

CANCELLATIONS

We require more than 48 hours' notice to cancel or to adjust any appointments free of charge. If you cancel under 48 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the cost of service that you scheduled. If you cancel day within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of service that you scheduled. Should this happen more than twice, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with any of our team members.

NO CALL/NO SHOW

If you do not call or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service that you scheduled for. Please be respectful of our stylists time.

TARDINESS

If you are beyond 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment you will be required to forfeit your appointment and will be charged 50% of your scheduled service.
