With nearly a decade of skills behind the chair and becoming a wildly successful stylist, Ashlyn decided to open her salon to create a space where beautiful hair isn't the only thing her team specializes in. Ashlyn can comfortably say that the secret to her success is deeply rooted in her ability to create a company culture that is based around education. From the moment you join the team you are deeply aware of what it means to be a part of the team.
